Contact us by email when you’re ready to reserve your tour. We’ll then set up a telephone or skype appointment to discuss details with you.
Once we’ve corresponded or spoken (and we’re sure the tour you’ve chosen is the right fit), you’ll then need to send in a deposit of $500 per person to confirm your reservation, along with a completed reservation form. Final payment for all tours is due in full 90 days prior to your tour’s departure, along with a signed release of liability form.
Payments are accepted in US dollars by check, Electronic Funds Transfer or through PayPal using a major credit card. If paying through PayPal, there is a 3.75% surcharge. We’ll send you instructions according to your preferred payment method.
